Learned Counsel Ms. Sangita Walke, an Advocate appointed from the Legal Services Authority states that she has received a letter from the daughter of the petitioner, stating therein, that the petitioner i.e. her father wishes to withdraw both the Wakodikar 1/2

20 & 21. wp 753-22 & 4670-22.doc aforesaid petitions, with liberty to file fresh petitions. A photocopy of the said letter tendered by the learned Counsel is taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, both the aforesaid petitions are disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. 3.

We make it clear that we have not heard either of the petitions, on merits and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open.
