Complainant, when questioned and asked coaccused as to why he was damaging rickshaw, he was assaulted by group of 5 persons. It is alleged, applicant assaulted him by fst blows, held him tight to facilitate others to infict a blow of iron rod on him. It resulted into injury on head and fracture of little fnger.
