Mr. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned, makes a statement that the petitioner was granted bail in special case by the Additional Sessions Judge at Jalna on 3rd November, 2018 and in pursuance of this order, the petitioner has already been released from jail on 4th November, 2018. A report to that effect filed by Superintendent, Jalna District Prison dated 19th August, 2019 is placed on record.

The present petition is filed through jail for the following reliefs : i) The petitioner be transferred to another prison. ii) All concerned be directed to produce petitioner before concerned Court on scheduled dates.

In light of the above report, the prayers made in the petitioner will not survive for consideration. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
