Mr. Godbole, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there are some mistakes in the petition and further documents are not annexed with the matter. The learned Counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the PIL with liberty to file a fresh one.

We have not considered the tenability of the PIL. The Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the PIL with liberty as prayed aforesaid.
