After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial pertaining to CR No.261 of 2017 registered with Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai does not commence within a period of 9 months from today.
