The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay pending the above First Appeal. The Applicant / Appellant has deposited the entire decreetal amount in the MACT- Solapur. In view thereof, the Civil Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). However, the same would not an impediment for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to file an application for withdrawal which application would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
