The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by mistake, the date of the suit was wrongly mentioned at the time of taking out certified copy and hence there is a delay of 34 days and the delay be condoned. 3.

In view of unconverted submissions and considering the reasons stated herein, a sufficient cause is made out to condone delay. Hence, delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed. 4.

Appeal be registered. Place the First Appeal for admission on 15th February, 2016.
