Perused the Application. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By this Application, delay of 215 days in challenging the judgment and order dated 23 February 2016 passed by the City Civil Court, Mumbai in the First Appeal is sought to be condoned. No reply affidavit has been filed. The explanation given by the Applicant is that there was certain administrative difficulties on the part of the Applicant because of which delay has occurred.

Noticing that the Applicant is a Private Limited Company which is itself a subsidiary of a foreign company but considering the fact that no reply is filed, the Civil Application is allowed subject to the Applicant to pay costs of Rs.25,000/- in the Registry of this Court.
