Perused the order dated 22nd July, 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that petitioner has been informed by the respondent that on withdrawal of the writ petition grant of funds to the petitioner would be disbursed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 22nd July, 2020 a substantial amount has been paid to the petitioner. However, the balance is yet to be paid. She submits that petitioner may be given liberty to approach the court again if grievance subsists.

Considering the above, we close the writ petition on withdrawal with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum if grievance of the petitioner subsists. 6.
