By this Civil Application, the applicant is seeking early hearing of First Appeal No.1401 of 2011 on the ground that the appellant is a senior citizen aged 78 years old. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, and as the First Appeal is ready for hearing, learned counsel has made out a case for allowing the Civil
