Petitioner is one of the accused in the FIR being Crime No.123 of 2015 registered with Wadala Police Station for the offence punishable under sections 326, 323 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Respondent no.3 is one of the victim who had filed affidavit for getting the proceedings quashed. We find that there are more than one victim in the matter and more than one accused person. In the light of this, no interference at this stage is warranted. Writ petition is disposed of.
