This is an application for condonation of delay. Heard Mrs. M.R. Bhoir, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. M.B. Jadhav, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2.

After hearing both the parties and after perusing the contents of the application, I am of the view that the Corporation has made out case for condoning the delay. Hence, the delay is condoned. The registry is directed to register the appeal after the Corporation removes all office objections within a period of four weeks. 3.
