Effort of learned counsel for the petitioners is to demonstrate that allegations in FIR are baseless and the petitioners have discharged their duties properly.

Learned counsel for complainant Respondent No.3 states that judgment of Co-operative Court can not wipe out the offence which is prima facie made out. He submits that this Court cannot at this juncture examine the defence of the petitioners.

We are informed that charge-sheet is still not presented and investigation is going on. Taking overall view of the matter, we direct Investigating officer not to unnecessarily harass the complainant if they cooperate in the investigation.
