We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank on instructions from Ms. Vijaya Sridharan, Senior Bank Manager who is present in Court that the outstanding amount as of today along with interest is Rs.7,75,000/- and certain amounts have been paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent-Bank. We further record his statement that in the event the aforesaid amount is paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent Bank, the Respondent-Bank shall issue a 'No Dues Certificate".
