This is an application sent through the jail. The applicant has stated that he has appointed Shri Prashant Gurav as his Advocate to prepare and file bail application No. 1526 of 2015, however he is unable to pay the balance fees of the said Advocate. He has, therefore, prayed that he may be allowed to change the Advocate by cancelling his vakalatnama. It is needless to mention that the applicant does not require any permission from this Court to change his earlier Advocate and to appoint new Advocate. It is the privilege of the applicant to appoint any Advocate of his choice. In view of the same, the applicant is hereby permitted to appoint an Advocate of his 1/2

(40) APPP 1077-15 own choice.

The application is accordingly allowed.

The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the applicant who is in Thane Central Prison.
