1] This is an application received through jail. By the present application, the applicant has prayed that he may be released on bail in CR No.235 of 2012 registered with Samta Nagar Police Station culminated Sessions Case No.43 of 2013. 2] The learned APP on instructions submitted that the trial pertaining to the said CR has already began and as of today three witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. She further on instructions submitted that the prosecution is intending to examine approximately six more witnesses.

3] In view of the same, the learned Trial Court seized of Sessions Case No.43 of 13 arising out CR No.235 of 2012 registered with Samta Nagar Police Station is hereby directed to make an endevaour and to conclude the aforesaid trial by 31st December 2016.

4] The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5] The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the applicant who is in jail.
