The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S V Saste draws our attention to the charge-sheet which is annexed to the above Criminal Writ Petition at page 22 of the Petition. The offence alleged against the Petitioners is one under Sections 170, 384 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed, the relief sought by the Petitioners by way of the above Criminal Writ Petition cannot be granted.
