Parties are jointly requesting for quashing and setting aside of the criminal case which is under sections 498A, 406 read with 34 IPC.

Petitioner No. 1 and respondent no.2 have filed consent terms in Petition No.A-1589 of 2019 in the Family Court at Bandra. Separate affidavit is already placed on record by respondent no.2. She accepts the consent terms. Accordingly she nilegaonkar 1/2
