The petitioner's grievance is that service provider M/s. Paurana Telecom Services, without authority of law, has charged service tax to the petitioner. The petitioner's case is that service provider has recently got registered for claiming service tax from the consumers.

We have perused the record placed before us. Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and for the State. The petitioner prays for direction to police to register the FIR. 4.
