By the present writ petition, the Petitioners have challenged order dated 20th December 2016 passed in Appeal No. 745 of 2016 by the Deputy Collector (Enc./Rem.), Bandra - 2, Mumbai.

The present petition was placed before this Court on 14th September, 2022 and as none appeared for the Petitioners the same was adjourned to 6th October 2022. Due to paucity of time, the petition could not be heard on 6th October 2022 and

On 7th October 2022 also none appeared for the Petitioners and therefore the same was adjourned to 10th October 2022. On 10th October 2022 as board could not be taken up, this writ petition has been shown on today's board i.e. 11th October 2022.

Today when the matter was called out in the morning session, none appeared for the Petitioners and therefore to give one more and final opportunity to the Petitioners, matter was kept back in the afternoon session. In the afternoon session also, when the matter is called out, none appears for the Petitioners. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. (MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.)
