By order dated 12th July, 2017 this Court had dismissed the application for bail being Bail Application No. 1365 of 2017. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in custody since 2015, the learned Judge was directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the order. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the trial has not yet commenced. 2.

5 ba 2910-17.doc dispose of Sessions Case No.73 of 2015 arising from C.R.No. 173 of 2015, registered at Yeola Taluka Police Station, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within one year from the date of receipt of this order.

The learned APP is also directed to bring this Order to the notice of the learned APP who is appearing before the trial Court and to ensure that the trial is concluded within the stipulated time. Application stands disposed of.
