This is an application for modification of condition no.2 imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 24.8.2015 while granting him anticipatory bail. The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer will file the charge-sheet pertaining to CR No. I12/2015 registered with the Thane Nagar Police Station, District Thane for the offence under sections 420, 406, 408 of IPC, within a period of one month from today.

By the condition no.2, the applicant is directed to attend the Thane Nagar Police Station, Thane on the first Saturday of every month, between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, till filing of the charge-sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned APP, on instructions, I am not inclined to modify the said condition. The application is accordingly dismissed.
