That apart, the application is filed for quashing the subject FIR by consent. We have perused the FIR. The offences alleged against the applicant are punishable under sections 376, 313, 354, 323, 504, 506 rad with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The offence under section 376 of Indian Penal Code is heinous offence against the society. We are not inclined to entertain this application. Hence, the same is dismissed.
