Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order :- a) Delay in filing First Appeal is condoned.
b) Registry is directed to make note in the cause title of First Appeal that the First Appeal stands dismissed against respondent No.7.
c) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. d) No order as to costs.
