This is the subsequent Application through jail. The earlier Application was rejected by this Court on 06.03.2017. Learned APP upon instructions of P. I., Vanrai Police Station, Mumbai submits that in the present case, the charge is framed against the Applicant. The case is pending before the C. R. No. 13 at Dindoshi. The next scheduled date is 16.07.2018. The learned Sessions Court shall proceed with the matter on the scheduled date expeditiously.
