DATED : 6TH JANUARY, 2016 P.C. :- Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai to dispose of the stay application filed by the petitioner under section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit D (page 56 of the petition) as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Order accordingly.
