P.C.:- 1) After perusing the First Information Report we are of the opinion that, the allegations made against the Petitioner are very serious in nature. In view of the law laid down in the case of Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab reported in (2012) 10 SCC 303, we are not inclined to quash the FIR and to grant reliefs as prayed for.

2) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition unconditionally.

Leave granted.

3) Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
