FIRST APPEAL NO. 292 OF 2017 The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the proceedings have been settled before the Claims Tribunal. The learned counsel has placed on record the Compromise Pursis which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. In view of this, the learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal.

In the aforesaid terms, the First Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn. Court fees be refunded as per Rules. The amount of Rs.25,000/- be transferred to the Claims Tribunal. The appellant is at liberty to withdraw the same. The First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms. Pending civil application is disposed of. (A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.)
