This application is taken out for restoration of the Writ Petition No.8960 of 2012. The petition was placed before the Division Bench on 24.11.2016 and on that date none appeared for the petitioner and the petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

By making averments in paragraph No.2 to 10 the petitioner has explained the circumstances in which he could not remain present at the time of hearing of the said Writ Petition on 24.11.2016. Explanation seems to be satisfactory and bona fide, which calls for restoration of the petition to the file. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Registry is directed to place the Writ Petition for Admission on 18th February 2019.
