In view of the fact that the ordinance is now converted into an Act, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to challenge the amended provision of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Market Committees Act, 1963 and especially section 13 thereof. 2.

The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
