Parties through their Counsel. The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the Petitioner had submitted the complaint on 22nd May, 2012 Exhibit-A before the Respondent No.2 in connection with the Society for Promotion of Area Research Centre (SPARC), but till date no steps and no decision in regard to the said complaint has been taken by the Respondent No.2.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties we dispose of this Petition directing the Respondent No.2 to look into the Petitioner's grievance as reflected in complaint Exhibit-A as expeditiously as possible preferably within 4 months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as also the said Society. 4.

Needless to say we have not expressed our opinion about the merits of the complaint made by the Petitioner. The Petition stands disposed of.
