On 16 September 2016, the following order was passed in this Arbitration Petition:

ORDER

"This civil application is for the interim stay of the impugned award, which directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs. 2,01,233/- along with interest @15% per annum w.e.f. 20th January, 2006. The appeal was admitted on 22nd July, 2016. Since the award is in the nature of money decree, the applicant is directed to deposit the entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of six weeks from today. On the deposit being made, the same shall be invested in the fixed deposit with any nationalised bank."

S 6-CAR-8-2016 Learned Counsel for the Applicant informs the Court that the Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs. 5,18,258/- in terms of the aforesaid order.

In these circumstances, the impugned order shall remain stayed pending the Appeal.

The Civil Application to stand disposed of.
