The learned counsel appearing for petitioner having taken instructions from their client, who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to file discharge application in the event charge-sheet is filed in subject crime. In the event, petitioner files discharge application before the trial Court in subject crime after filing of the charge-sheet, the same be decided expeditiously.

Leave as sought with liberty as prayed for, granted. Both petitions disposed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. All rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
