On 3rd May 2024, the following order was passed. "1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 17th October 2023, passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, a report has been submitted on 27th December 2023 by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner. The said report supports the contentions of the Petitioner and hence the proceedings would be required to be transferred to Respondent No.4. He further submitted that by the order dated 1st April 2024 passed by the Chief Executive Officer of Respondent No.4, the stand of the Petitioner is fortified.

2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent Nos.1 and 5 to take instructions as to the steps that would be taken to comply with the report dated 27th December 2023 submitted by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner as well as the communication dated 15th April 2024 issued by the Chief Executive Officer of Respondent No.4.

3. Put up on 9th May 2024 under the caption of "Directions"." 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondent No.1 seeks to refer to the aforesaid order and submits that appropriate direction be issued in the matter.

It is directed that within a period four weeks from the receipt of copy of this order, the record that is required to be transferred to the Respondent No.4-Maharashtra State Board of Wakfs, Aurangabad should be transferred in terms of the report dated 27th December 2023 submitted by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner as well as the communication dated 15th April 2024 issued by the Chief Executive Officer.
