The challenge herein is to the order imposing costs of Rs.10,000/-. The cheque issued by the Petitioner is of Rs.6,00,000/-. After having gone through the impugned order and upon hearing the learned advocate for the Petitioner, the Court is not inclined to even issue notice in this matter.
