Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of all parties and merits of the controversy, the Civil Application is SRP 1/2

CAW56.15.doc made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment be carried out within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We would expect the authorities not to pass any final orders on the show cause notice till the writ petition is pending in this Court.
