This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal against conviction wherien the accused is convicted for an offence punishable under section 354A of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. The delay is of 5 days.

For the reasons assigned in the application, the delay of 5 days stands condoned.
