The learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, states that the subject matter of the present appeal stands demolished on 30th November 2018. The appeal is permitted to be withdrawn in view of subsequent events. If any application is moved by the plaintiff, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The civil application also is disposed of.
