1. Heard learned APP appearing for the Respondent - State.

2. The limited grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 28.11.2017 was for seeking permission to talk to his wife, son and daughter on phone for atleast 10 minutes and also meet them.

3. Learned APP has tendered a report dated 16.06.2022 which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The said report states that the Petitioner has been transferred to Yerwada District open prison from 02.10.2018. Considering that in the open prison the inmates are allowed to meet family members twice a month and spend some time with them, the grievance in the petition would not subsist. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
