The grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 20.10.2017 is for seeking expeditious and speedy trial in Sessions Case No.160 of 2012 which is pending in Sessions Court at Kalyan. 3.

In the event if the said trial is pending, the same shall be disposed of within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 5.

Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned Sessions Court and the Petitioner.
