Ms. Solunke AGP, on instructions, states that respondent no.2 shall, on or before 15th May 2023 consider the grievance raised in letters dated 29th October 2021, 18th December 2021 and complaints dated 24th January 2022 and 31st January 2022, copies whereof are at Exhibit C, D,

Before passing any order, which shall in any case be a reasoned order dealing with all submissions of petitioners, respondent no.2 shall give a personal hearing to petitioners, notice whereof shall be communicated at least five working days in advance. 3.

Should Petitioners wish to file further documents or statement before respondent no.2, they may file within one week from today. The same shall also be considered in addition to the documents mentioned in paragraph no.1 above.

In view of the undertaking on behalf of respondent no.2 as noted above, Mr. Punjabi stated the Court may dispose the Petition. Petition disposed.

Mr. Punjabi seeks leave to withdraw the interim application with liberty to take such steps, as advised. Interim application dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
