The limited grievance in the application preferred by the Petitioner is for seeking re-investigation and for following proper procedure in his case.

Learned PP has tendered a report dated 16.06.2022 prepared by the Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Jail, Thane. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The said report states that the Petitioner stands acquitted and released from prison since 30.01.2021.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
