Heard. This Application is for fixing early date of hearing of the Family Court Appeal. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that they have already filed private paper book.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the order dated 23.08.2012 passed in the Family Court Appeal and also the age of the parties, we are of the opinion that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Office is directed to place the Family Court Appeal for final hearing on the weekly board commencing from 12.03.2018.

b.

Liberty granted to the parties to file an additional compilation of documents with copy to other side on or before 03.03.2018, if they so desire.

c.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
