By this Petition the Petitioners have sought a declaration that they are entitled to the salary and other allowances as per 6th and 7th Pay Commission.

This Petition is adjourned from time to time on the ground that the Petitioners and the Respondent-Management were attempting to resolve the issue. On 15 April 2024, it was informed that the consent terms are ready. We had directed the Registry to examine the consent terms for all procedural compliances such as identity, signature, authorization etc. akn 1/2

901.WP.4821.2021.doc Accordingly, one officer from the Registry was nominated, who has submitted a report that all compliances have been done such as identity, signatures etc.

The Respondent No. 1-State of Maharashtra has not signed the consent terms. Since the Respondent No. 1 has not signed the consent terms, the consent terms are only between the Petitioners and the private management.

The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. By this consent terms parties have agreed for certain mode of payment. We do not find anything objectionable in this agreement between the parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. All undertakings are accepted. 6.
