The limited grievance of the Petitioner in his application is against the jail doctors for not recommending him to the hospital. 3.

Learned PP has filed a report dated 16.06.2022 prepared by the Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Jail, Thane which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The said report states that the Petitioner stands released on bail since 03.01.2018. 4.
