1. Heard learned PP appearing for the Respondent - State.

2. The limited grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 25.09.2017 is for speedy disposal of his trial. The Petitioner is tried in Sessions Case No.18 of 2015 under sections 302, 201, 404 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The Petitioner has stated in the application that his parents are old and financial condition of his family members is not good.

3. In view of the above, if the said trial has not commenced, the same shall be commenced and decided within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order subject to cooperation rendered by the parties to the trial.

4. With the above direction, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

5. Registry shall send a copy of this order to the concerned Court and the Petitioner.
