This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.871 of 2015, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 24th November 2017. Learned counsel for respondents opposed the restoration on the ground that applicant has been delaying the proceedings and even on the earlier occasion he did not appear before the Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 24th November 2017 is recalled and Criminal Application No.871 of 2015 is restored to file. Criminal Application No.1143 of 2017 stands disposed off.
