Upon urgent mentioning, taken on Production Board. 2.
This Civil Application is moved for recalling the order dated 11th August, 2017 passed by this Court in Misc. Civil Application No. 87 of 2016 thereby directing the Family Court, Pune and Family Court, Kolhapur to conduct the proceedings in Petition (A) No. 20 of 2016 through video-conferencing and also directed to dispose off the said Petition within a period of six months from the date of the order.

The learned Counsel for the applicant-wife submits that at the time of proceedings, the difficulty of examination of all the documents of the other side is faced. It is difficult for the party to go through the documents and reply the same in the proceedings on the scheduled date. There is no proper network on a number of occasions. He further submits that the applicant is facing network problem in video-conferencing.

The learned Counsel for the respondent-husband submits that the order dated 11th August, 2017 passed by this Court is not to be recalled.

Perused the order dated 11th August, 2017. Considering the submissions and the difficulties expressed by the learned Counsel for the applicant-wife, the following order is passed:
ORDER
i.
The Presiding Officer of the Family Court, Pune and Family Court, Kolhapur to proceed with the matter and if any technical difficulty in the network
or conducting the trial is faced, they try to remove the difficulty as early as possible by consulting the Principal District Judge immediately. The Principal District Judge in both the Districts shall look into the matter and see the proceedings should go smoothly.
ii.
The Presiding Officers of the Family Court, Pune and Kolhapur may inform the technical difficulty faced by them while conducting the matter, if it is possible for them to solve at their level or they should inform to the High Court in writing in this matter.
iii.
Time to dispose off Petition (A) No. 20 of 2016 is extended by six months hereafter.

With this, Civil Application is disposed of.
