1) By the present application, the applicant has challenged the Judgment Order dated 15th May 2015 passed below Exhibit-39 by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Khed in Criminal Misc. Application No.112 of 2012 below under Section 125 of Cr. P.C. and another separate Judgment and Order below Exhibit-28 dated 15th May 2015 in Criminal Misc. Application No.7 of 2013 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

2) As far as the Judgment and Order dated 15.5.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.7 of 2013 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is concerned, a substantive remedy by way of appeal under Section 29 of the said Act is provided and without availing the said remedy, the present application is preferred.

Dond 1/2 apl.1374-2015.sxw 3) Be that it as may, the present application suffers from multifariousnesses of cause of action and therefore the same is dismissed by granting liberty to the applicant to adopt appropriate legal proceedings, if so advised.
