Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel abroad for work related visits and to attend various exhibitions, i.e. in January, March, April, October, November, 2018 and January, March, April and August, 2019. The applicant has, in para 8 of the application, set out 1/3

the period (dates) when he intends to travel abroad for work and for attending exhibitions i.e. in January, March, April, October, November, 2018 and January, March, April and August, 2019. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is an Architect by profession and is required to travel abroad frequently in connection with his work. He submits that even on earlier occasions, the applicant has been permitted to travel abroad and that the applicant has not misused the liberty granted to him.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 does not dispute the same.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant is directed to give his itinerary to the respondent No.1, whenever he leaves the country and shall inform the authorities on his arrival.

Application is allowed on the aforesaid terms. 2/3
